ICE CREAM SOCIAL - Meet Tom at the Obelisk at 1:30 for a brief warm up. White tops / Blue bottoms - Tom will have music and borrowed instruments that were not picked up by 1 pm. borrowed instruments can be picked up starting at 12 noon.

PARADE LINE UP IS AT 4:45 PM - behind the IM building. Instrument pick at the building starting at 3:30pm - music will be at the line up. - BORROWED INSTRUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED STARTING AT 3:30 PM AT THE BLUE BAND BUILDING - PARADE: WEAR A DARK BLUE JACKET OR SWEATSHIRT, NOT A WHITE JACKET. Buses will take you from the end of the parade to the post parade reception. (updated 10/13/08)

9:00 am on 10/18 - REPORT to the BLUE BAND BUILDING. Continental Breakfast provided by the Penn State Alumni Association. Sign out borrowed instruments. Robert M. Sides Music will have instrument supplies for purchase. REMEMBER YOUR MOUTHPIECE!

12:00 pm - Rehearsal begins in HOLUBA HALL, across from the Bryce Jordan Center. YOU MUST FIRST go to the Blue Band Building. Buses can take you to Holuba Hall, or you can walk.

2:00 pm - Alumni Band PLAYS at the Bryce Jordan Center with the Blue Band, or at the Alumni Tent.

3:50 pm - Alumni Band in the Stadium. Ready for PRE-GAME!!!

4:30 pm - Kickoff - Penn State v. Michigan

POST GAME:
Post Game Block with the Blue Band, followed by Drum Line Corner Performance. Return music folders at the stands. Return borrowed instruments to the Blue Band Building.

PARKING:
Parking warning: There is no authorized parking at or near the Blue Band building on game day. You must pay the $10 parking fee, as communicated in your registration packet, to Alumni Band Football Tickets, 240 Bryce Jordan Center.
